When the shareware notice appears click on the "Register" button and fill out the information on the screen. When you are done press the "Print" button to print a complete Registration Form. Please enclose it with your payment.
If for some reason it is not possible for you to print the form, write then information on a sheet of paper and mail that as a substitute. PLEASE WRITE CLEARLY. Slimyfrog Software needs this information to contact you in case of upgrades, new releases and to return to you a proof of registration.
This will be returned by U.S. Mail or eMail, when available, a few days after we receive your registration form and payment.
U.S. Registrations
For registering within the U.S. and Canada, please send a personal check or postal money order for the amount indicated in the shareware or registration form of product to the address below. No sales tax is required for California residents.
Foreign Countries Registrations
No extra fee is charged for registrations from outside the united states. To register send an international Postal Money order in U.S. funds for the amount indicated in the product to the address below. Please refer to your local Post Office or Bank for information on creating and sending International Postal Money orders.
